This 6-hour day seminar is a more intensive and in-depth version of our 2-hours Lunch and Learn session on the same topic. It is designed to help participants align their corporate values through action enabling them to articulate their organization’s principles. During the morning program participants will identify their mentoring/leadership personality and create a mentoring outline that allows them to generate and capture conversations that delineate corporate culture and values. In the afternoon, participants learn how to connect the dots allowing these conversations to link organizations to clients and stakeholders and positively affect sustainability initiatives, including stakeholder engagement and staff recruitment and retention.
At the end of this highly interactive course participants will understand:
- What is mentoring for sustainability?
- Why my organization should have a structured mentoring program?
- How to create a mentoring program that will enhance my organization’s ability to recruit and retain both customer and staff?
