The MPA (Management) Program is dedicated to the ongoing delivery of a superior quality product. Therefore, only the most qualified professors are hired as course developers and instructors. Both developer and instructor positions are advertised nationally to provide a large pool of highly qualified applicants. To be selected by the MPA (Management) Advisory Committee, applicants must meet an extensive set of criteria. At the conclusion of each course, both the professor and the course are evaluated by program administrators and students. Professors are rehired only if they maintain an above average evaluation. This process is one part of the Dalhousie MPA (Management) Program's commitment to providing its students with the best education possible.
